program is group dynamics. Each activity is planned to provide maximum participation,
and therefore, a high degree of concentration and learning. Programs are structured for
the logical development of skills, and Fischer Hellmann carefully paces the instruction
so that participants can incrementally build on what they've learned.
Seminars are designed to encourage a constant interchange of ideas through "hands-on"
role-playing, interactive discussions, and dynamic audio-visual support. One-on-One
sessions offer privacy and concentrated attention to individual needs.
In every workshop, a real-life environment for participants is created by tailoring
all materials, including role-plays, message discussions, and supplementary tools to
the client company's issues.
Many
people consider public speaking a frightening, vulnerable
experience. For that reason, Fischer Hellmann's style is direct and honest - but never
threatening. We approach the process from a positive point of view, always reinforcing
what's been done well and encouraging clients to develop their own skills.
