»Your main tasks:
- Acquisition of new customers within our “Marine Solutions & Cruise Logistics” vertical industry solution and sales of solution-oriented and cross-product (Air / Sea /Road / Rail) logistics services
- Expansion of customer relationships and first point of contact for our global key accounts, incl. tender processing, proposal presentations, contract negotiations and implementation support
- Analyzing current trends in logistics and deriving new business opportunities
- Link between our customers and all cross-product internal stakeholders, in order to manage existing business, but also to ideally develop new business opportunities
- Regular customer performance review meetings together with operations team
- Meeting assigned expectations for growth and profitability of your nominated global customers
» Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies (bachelor/master), ideally in the field of business administration or comparable qualification
- Experience in the operational processes of the various transport modes (especially air and sea) desirable
- Extensive experience managing complex multi-national customers – ship spares or cruise industry background desirable
- High customer and solution orientation as well as a strong pro-active service mindset
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex context
- Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability in business development and Global Account Management position
- Fluent English skills, spoken and written
- Proficient knowledge of the MS Office package, PowerBI desirable
- Good communication skills, ability to work in an international team, organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Ability to travel internationally
