Your tasks:
  • You are responsible for looking after your own customer portfolio
  • You will be responsible for acquiring new customers by telephone
  • You are responsible for the implementation of cross-product sales initiatives
  • You will be responsible for carrying out market analyses
  • Your tasks also include the conscientious preparation and follow-up of customer meetings in our CRM system
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed your commercial training, ideally in the field of freight forwarding/logistics or have initial professional experience in the field of freight forwarding
  • Ideally, you have some experience in acquiring new customers
  • You have a high affinity for numbers and sales as well as an analytical understanding
  • You are motivated and don't let a "no" throw you off track so quickly
  • You enjoy working together and dealing with customers and customer requirements
  • Your confident and open-minded demeanor complements your ability to work in a team and solve problems
  • You have already gained some experience in working with common Office programs
  • Fluent German and ideally a good command of English round off your profile
