Your tasks:
  • You develop new, innovative and automated solutions to improve process quality and efficiency
  • You are responsible for the analysis, definition and design of requirements and business cases for handover to IT
  • You work closely with all product owners for audits, process reviews, training and governance
  • You are responsible for defining KPIs with all product owners and monitoring compliance with them
  • You will be responsible for training and coaching end users, including the continuous development of training content and methodology for the software developed in-house
  • You will be responsible for project management and support for overarching topics in Vertical Marine & Cruise Logistics, as well as reporting support for performance and financial data
  • You will work with various stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Sales, Customer Service and others) to define operational and/or overlapping process standards
Your profile:
  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, (business) informatics, industrial engineering, digital business or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Ideally, you have experience in dealing with the introduction of transport management systems (CargoWise)
  • You are passionate about working on process improvements and digitalization initiatives and have already gained professional experience in the field of process modeling & control
  • Ideally, you have already been able to accompany the implementation of change and improvement processes
  • You understand the interrelationships and process chains, preferably from previous activities in logistics
  • You have a process and solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
  • You are a strong communicator, can convey your knowledge clearly and enjoy working in a team
  • You have an analytical mindset and an independent, structured working style
  • Very good German and English skills round off your profile
