» Your tasks:

  • Central contact person for all IT contract lifecycle management topics as well as for the documentation and administration of IT contracts in the IT contract management tool
  • Managing and documenting the IT contract review process
  • Reviewing and advising on the proper submission of required contract documents and information
  • Entering, updating and continuously maintaining contract entries in the IT contract management tool
  • Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of contract documents in the IT contract management tool
  • Providing advice on IT contract documents and related problems and issues
  • Ensuring the timely communication of contract termination deadlines and contract expiry dates
  • Designing, implementing, reviewing and further developing specifications, processes and tools

 

» Your profile:

  • Study of Law (at least 3 semesters)
  • Advanced knowledge of contract law and basic knowledge of contract management
  • Technical affinity and good Microsoft Office skills
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Independent and conscientious way of working
