At 27 locations throughout Germany, we offer you eight different apprenticeships and seven Dual Study Programs. These will allow you to benefit from our many advantages:

A stay abroad is possible
In your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to complete a maximum three-month stay abroad at a Hellmann location - in Europe or worldwide.
Discounts at fitness clubs and other facilities (Hansefit)

Multi-day apprentice event at the beginning of training
At the beginning of training all trainees and dual-program students will meet at a multi-day event. This will facilitate your entry, and you will get to know Hellmann, the other trainees and the dual-program students.
Comprehensive seminar program
For our junior staff we have an e-learning portal as well as a specific seminar program, in which topics such as communication, personality, etc. are discussed. Besides this, you get regular feedback for optimal development.
Financial benefits exclusively for apprentices
With us you will receive many grants such as the apprenticeship grant, collective wage agreement including vacation and Christmas bonus, travel allowance, exam preparation course costs, bonuses in case of very good test performances in final exam, and much more.
Good chances of a permanent position
Our ambition is preferably to hire all our apprentices at one of our locations. With our retention coaches, junior staff advisors and training representatives, we will accompany you during the retention process.
JAV (Youth and Apprenticeship Representation) for your interests
Long-serving employees are not the only ones who have a right to have their interests represented – you do too! That's why there is JAV, through which you can represent your interests in the company.

Further training opportunities
After your apprenticeship, you can complete additional training, follow a dual study program or complete an external additional qualification or advanced training, during which we will support you. After apprenticeship has ended, let us have a look together to decide where your professional journey should go.
With various development programs and a targeted selection of modules and content, we will support you during your development into a new role with new tasks and responsibilities. For example, the program “Move yourself – the next step into your future” will help you to develop competencies in various relevant business situations and to find the right new position. We also have additional programs for junior sales staff and junior dispatchers, etc.
Interdisciplinary and specialist training sessions
The fantastic seminars and training sessions in the commercial and industrial sector are not limited to the initial training but are also available afterwards – for example on the topics communication, time management and project management.
After your apprenticeship are you in a job that requires multilingual contact? Then, in addition to language advice, we can also offer you language courses and corresponding documents.
