From its central control tower in the U.S.A, the team manages the entire logistics process from the pre-dry-dock phase, working with and coordinating with our clients and suppliers to maximize transportation efficiency while ensuring punctual deliveries. During the dry dock phase, the team provides both onsite support at the shipyard as well as global coordination from the control tower in.
Once the repairs or renovations have been carried out, the team ensures that the project has been totally completed and the customer receives the relevant reports for verification. At the same time, old parts are disposed of and all processes are checked for possible continuous improvement opportunities.
