At Hellmann Americas, giving back is rooted in our values. It is about caring for people, building meaningful relationships, and taking responsibility for the communities where we live and work. During the holiday season, these values came to life through initiatives led by our teams across the region.

In Brazil, colleagues came together for a holiday toy donation campaign in partnership with a local non-profit organization. What started as a simple collection quickly became a shared effort driven by empathy and generosity. Each donation represented more than a gift. It reflected our commitment to caring for children in vulnerable situations and to strengthening the bond between our teams and the communities around us.

At our Miami Headquarters, teams closed the year with a toy drive supporting a local organization dedicated to protecting and empowering children and families. By contributing to programs that focus on prevention, education, and long-term community support, our colleagues demonstrated what it means to take responsibility beyond our daily roles.

In Mexico, the focus on relationships and collaboration shaped a creative fundraising initiative supporting children undergoing cancer treatment. Colleagues contributed handmade items and personal talents, turning a seasonal market into a powerful example of what can happen when people unite around a meaningful cause. The initiative strengthened internal connections while extending care and hope to families facing difficult moments.

While each initiative reflected local needs, they all shared the same foundation. Caring for others, building relationships, and acting with purpose. These efforts remind us that logistics is ultimately about people and that our impact is strongest when we lead with empathy and responsibility.
