Hellmann Worldwide Logistics reorganizes its CFO division: Dr. Alexander Blum hands over to Dr. Michael Noth
Dr. Alexander Blum has decided to leave the Hellmann Group in order to take on new professional challenges. "We would like to thank Dr. Blum for his achievements and his commitment to our company in recent years. As Chief Financial Officer, Dr. Blum has professionalized our finance department and contributed significantly to the company's future sustainability in this area," says Dr. Thomas Knecht, Chief Executive Officer, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics SE & Co. KG.
The Supervisory Board of the Hellmann Group has appointed as his successor Dr. Michael Noth as Chief Financial Officer to the board on August 1, 2018. With the appointment of Dr. Noth, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics has also reorganized the Management Board department. In future, the Hellmann Group will be managed by the Board of Management with Dr. Thomas Knecht as CEO, Jost Hellmann as CCO and Dr. Michael Noth as CFO.
With Dr. Michael Noth (56), we have gained a proven financial expert who has already held management positions in various industries. Most recently, Dr. Noth was CFO of Nordzucker AG. "We are pleased, that Dr. Michael Noth will support the further development of the Hellmann Group from August 1, 2018. With him we were able to gain a renowned financial expert with many years of experience for our company," says Dr. Knecht, Chief Executive Officer Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.
