Priority
A general cargo shipment is delivered according to fixed delivery times. Delivery is binding on the first possible delivery day (please refer to our database for the first possible delivery day).
Priority 10 & 12
In selected German postal code areas, a general cargo item is delivered to the recipient on the first possible delivery day by 10:00 a.m. at the latest (Priority 10) or by 12:00 p.m. at the latest (Priority 12).
Fixed date
A general cargo shipment is bindingly delivered to the recipient on the specified working day. If the fixed date coincides with a priority service, the conditions from the priority service apply. A fixed date cannot precede a priority service.
Fixed date 10 & 12
In selected German postal code areas, a general cargo shipment is delivered to the recipient on the specified working day by 10:00 a.m. at the latest (fixed date 10) or by 12:00 p.m. at the latest (fixed date 12).
