Kaldewei was looking for a third party logistics provider to create an optimized concept for the delivery for bathroom retailers in Germany. Solution
Using the existing network structures, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics was able to offer a regular departure schedule that took the necessary flexibility and fluctuating quantities into account.
