Become part of our regional Digital Transformation & Innovation and Customer Implementation (DTI&CI) team for Air and Sea! As a Customer Implementation Specialist (m/f/d) you will ensure a seamless integration into the Hellmann landscape, stay close to the market, generate important insights and fulfill regional customer expectations.

» Your tasks:

  • Execution and management of customer implementation projects in the Air&Sea Europe division
  • Analysis and creation of processes, IT requirements and documentation
  • Development and implementation of solutions in the area of reporting, IT/EDI connections
  • Creation of customer-specific operating procedures and work instructions
  • Coordination of projects with customers and the Hellmann network
  • Conducting training for the operational units based on the documentation created
  • Supporting the operational units in consideration of continuous improvement processes
 
 

» Your profile:

  • Completed logistics apprenticeship and or completed University degree/Diploma related to logistics
  • Operational experience in the freight forwarding industry in the air and sea freight sector
  • Experience in project management as well as a systematic and solution-oriented way of working
  • Experience with customer implementation and in analyzing complex requirements is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills as well as high customer orientation and ability to work in a team
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
