» Your tasks:
- Supporting the recruiters in applicant management, e.g. coordinating appointments
- Contact person for incoming questions from applicants and external service providers via telephone and e-mail
- Maintaining the central mail inbox of our department
- Participation in the active and passive search for suitable candidates to fill our vacancies
- Collaboration in day-to-day business and projects
» Your profile:
- Degree in business administration, social sciences, business psychology with a focus on human resources and/or marketing or a comparable course of study
- Good organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- IT affinity and good MS Office skills
