» Your responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the operational team leaders (m/f/d) and teams of approx. 25 employees (m/f/d) per shift
  • You will conduct personnel discussions with the operational management on topics such as employment/termination, absenteeism, performance, quality and work behavior
  • You monitor compliance with the agreed service level and KPIs
  • You carry out regular warehouse tours, particularly with regard to CIP, order and cleanliness as well as lean management (HPS)
  • You analyze and discuss the processes and productivity of each area
  • You ensure the efficient use of equipment
  • You support the operational management in personnel deployment planning

» Your profile:
  • You have completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
  • You have strong experience in employee management
  • Communication skills across different hierarchy levels are one of your strengths
  • You have experience in working with a warehouse management system
  • You have a good knowledge of the MS Office package
  • You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working
  • You have a confident and engaging manner and are assertive
  • You are willing to work shifts (early and late shifts)
