- Contact person for the customer, internal colleagues & transport carriers
- Dispatch of drivers
- Management with CargoClix
- Keeping track of customer priority list
- Coordination and monitoring of timely loading
- Tracking demurrage fees
- Implementation of loading space planning
- Organization of transport in direct delivery
- Notification of FTL / LTL transports in early purchase from specialist retailers
- Processing of clarification cases
- Cancellation of pallets
- Completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services
- Relevant professional experience in the logistics environment
- Initial knowledge of export customs clearance
- Secure use of Office 365
- First experience in LFS, Dakosy and CargoClix
