Hellmann Expands its Reach in Slovakia and Czech Republic: A New Chapter Begins!
PKZ Logistics Group, now under the name Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, has been operating in two countries - Slovakia and the Czech Republic, serving as a vital player in the logistics and supply chain management sectors. The company's geographical coverage is extensive, with its head office located in Bratislava. They own and operate ten sites, with seven of them situated in Slovakia and three in the Czech Republic. On top, they have a network of seven partner-operated sites.
Martin Kiaba, who has led the PKZ Group successfully for over ten years, remains the Managing Director and even takes over the responsibility of current Hellmann Czech Republic. During the acquisition, all 100 employees transitioned to Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, ensuring a seamless integration of expertise and personnel.
This consolidation has led to enhanced road network capabilities in the partial and full load segment, and a platform for continuously expanding cross-product market share through the newly transformed national company.
Mr. Kiaba is excited about this new chapter:

With a vision to expand their activities and broaden their product portfolio in both countries, Hellmann sees tremendous potential in the automotive and industrial sectors, as both will play an important role in regards to the further interconnection of the Hellmann-wide pan-European and full load network.
In the past years, the former PKZ Logistics Group has demonstrated successful development in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Last year, they opened a state-of-the-art facility in Syrovice, near Brno, with a warehouse capacity of 7,500 pallets, offering a little spare capacity for new clients.
In October 2021, they expanded their logistics operations with the addition of a consolidation center in Bor near Tachov, and in February 2022 further moved to a brand new facility in Košice - Airport location. This expansion in the east of Slovakia positions Hellmann Slovakia to leverage new opportunities for further growth.
As Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Slovakia is established and integrates former PKZ Group's strengths and expertise, the organization is poised for even greater achievements in the Slovakian and Czech logistics market.
