Opening a new location in Paris is a significant move. What was the main factor driving this decision?

Our commitment to proximity with our customers propelled us to establish a presence in Paris, a vibrant and strategic hub for commerce and logistics. By inaugurating the Direct Load activity at our Villepinte headquarters, we aim to seamlessly integrate all of Hellmann Worldwide Logistics’ services and better serve our clientele.

Handling 7,000 shipments annually is impressive. Which destinations do you primarily serve, and where do you see opportunities for growth?

We remain open to all possibilities in expanding our operations. While our destinations are guided by our customers' demands, our primary focus includes key markets such as Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, the UK, Poland, Spain, and the Czech Republic. Additionally, we've begun offering transport services to Kazakhstan and Georgia, leveraging the support of our colleagues from Hellmann East Europe in Hanau, Germany. This expansion not only presents new business opportunities but also aligns with our commitment to global connectivity and sustainability.

Do you cater to shipments with special requirements, and if so, what types?

Yes, we specialize in managing shipments with unique requirements to ensure their safe and secure transportation. Our services encompass handling ADR-compliant shipments, flatbed transport with crane provision, and express transport with meticulous monitoring to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to specific client needs.
