Thomas, it's been a year since Hellmann Switzerland was founded. Can you share some of the milestones that Hellmann Switzerland has accomplished in the past year?

Thomas Huber: Certainly, it's been an exciting journey for us at Hellmann Switzerland over the past year. One of the most significant milestones was the successful transition from an agent status to a full-fledged Hellmann office. During this transition, our team, led by our CEO Kathrin Kuske, CFO Nils Rodewald, and our exceptional operations team, worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth integration. We managed to connect to all the Hellmann IT systems, provide training for our employees, and efficiently handle various management tasks. This allowed us to not only satisfy our existing customer base but also set the foundation for future growth.

In addition to this, we've managed to expand our customer base, even in the midst of a challenging logistics environment. The change in status was a crucial step for us, as it allowed us to have a more active presence in the Swiss market. We are now better equipped to showcase our capabilities and provide top-notch logistics services to a broader range of clients.

Can you tell us about any new products or services that Hellmann Switzerland has introduced during this time?

Thomas Huber: Absolutely. Alongside our traditional services in Sea- and Airfreight, we've introduced  full and part load Roadfreight services. This expansion allows us to offer comprehensive solutions for our clients' logistics needs, providing them with even more options for transporting their goods efficiently. Moreover, we have a wealth of experience in handling multimodal services, including Rail-Road and Sea-Air, which further enhances our service offerings.

That sounds like the full service package. What are Hellmann Switzerland's future plans, strengths, and priorities moving forward?

Thomas Huber: Looking ahead, our focus remains on building strong relationships with small and medium-sized companies in Switzerland. We believe in the personal touch and family culture that Hellmann represents, and we aim to help our customers optimize their supply chain operations.

However, one of our greatest strengths lies in the vast global network of Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. This enables us to collaborate with larger companies as well and offer them the same personalized service and expertise that we provide to smaller businesses. We see this as an opportunity to expand our network and continue to grow within the Swiss logistics market.

Thank you Thomas for your time. Is there anything you would like to add before we say goodbye?

It has been a pleasure. I just want to add that we have a small but flexible team here in Kloten that is backed by the extensive resources of Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. We are well-positioned to provide exceptional customer service and take on new projects and requests as they come our way. We are excited about the future and the opportunities it holds for us and our clients.
