» Your tasks: 

  • Collaboration on international HR projects and taking responsibility for work packages
  • Support in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops and strategic HR meetings
  • Participation in the development and implementation of communication measures
  • Support in the creation of HR marketing concepts
  • Creation of international personnel development concepts
  • Designing and creating eLearning courses
  • Participation in international training courses and workshops
  • Supporting administrative activities
  • Observation of training sessions, workshops and HR meetings 

     
» Your profile:

  • Degree in business psychology, business administration / work and organizational psychology with a focus on human resources, intercultural psychology or a comparable field of study
  • Theoretical knowledge in the field of personnel development, personnel and organizational development
  • Initial practical experience in personnel work
  • Enjoy working independently and creatively
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and organizational talent
  • Good MS Office and English skills
